Warning: Website operating and misusing the name of Equal Justice Ltd and Lawrence Davies

A website is operating at www.equal-justice-lawyers.com and is misusing the name of a genuine firm and genuine solicitor.
What is the scam?
The SRA has been informed that a website at 'www.equal-justice-lawyers.com' is operating and claiming to be a law firm called 'Equal Justice'. The website misuses the name of a genuine solicitor and the name and registered address of a genuine firm of solicitors. The profile photograph in the website is not a genuine photograph of the genuine solicitor (see below).
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors called 'Equal Justice' (see below genuine firm with similar name).
The SRA does not authorise and regulate solicitors called 'Nickolas Biarritz', 'Mike Khalil', 'Emily Malinowski', 'Natalia Makhan', 'David Catch', 'Markus Kalnis', 'Andrew Borov', 'Thomas Syncher', 'Charlotte Whitmore' and 'Yan Veik'. The websites claims that these individuals are senior lawyers at 'Equal Justice'.
The website provides telephone numbers of '+420 732 186 749', '+41 21 821 39 15' and '+44 7448 022 352' and an email address of 'info@equal-justice-lawyers.com'.
The SRA has also been informed that members of the public have been contacted by individuals claiming to be called 'Andrew Borov' and 'Mica' of 'Equal Justice' in relation to providing legal representation for recovery of lost funds and supposed crypto investment.One of the individuals provided the recipient with an identity card which is thought to be falsified.
Any business or transaction through the website 'www.equal-justice-lawyers.com', the individuals or contact details referred to above, are not undertaken by a firm or solicitor authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called Equal Justice Ltd trading as Equal Justice Solicitors based at Unit 11, Siddeley House, 50 Canbury Park Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6LX.
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine solicitor called Lawrence Davies who is a Director of Equal Justice Ltd.
Equal Justice Ltd and Lawrence Davies have confirmed they do not have any connection to the above alert.
What should I do?
When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from the above firm(s) or individual(s), or information of a similar nature to that described, you should conduct your own due diligence by checking the authenticity of the correspondence by contacting the law firm directly by reliable and established means. You can contact the SRA to find out if individuals or firms are regulated and authorised by the SRA and verify an individual's or firm's practising details. Other verification methods, such as checking public records (e.g. telephone directories and company records) may be required in other circumstances.
