Practising certificate renewals (2026/27)

Practising certificate and registration renewals will take place from 1 to 31 October 2026.
This year, there are no new questions in any renewal application.
Take a look at what will be asked in each application:
Check your authenticator app
- Before you next log in, make sure your authenticator app is set up correctly and working on your mobile device. This will help you avoid delays when accessing your account.
- If you no longer have your mobile device or need to change your app, please contact us.

Checking details in mySRA
Ahead of renewals, it is important that everyone checks their mySRA details. It is essential that the information we hold is accurate and complete for all firms and individuals we regulate.
For firms, you must tell us about any changes to certain manager roles in your firm before the renewal period starts. Find out the deadlines and processing timelines.
Individuals should check their employment and opt in status.
Forgotten username or password
If you or someone else has lost their username or password, they can recover and reset them themselves.
