To intervene into the practice of Mr Azair Mahmood Alam including but not limited to his practice at Roundhay Solicitors on the following grounds:

Reasons/basis

1. There is reason to suspect dishonesty on Mr Alam’s part in connection with his practice as a solicitor at the firm (paragraph 1(1)(a)(i) of Schedule 1 – Part I to the Solicitors Act 1974).
2. Mr Alam has failed to comply with the SRA Principles 2019  which are rules made under section 31 of the Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended) (paragraph 1(1)(c) of Schedule 1- Part I to the Solicitors Act 1974).
