Warning: Website for 'ORX Global Ltd' misusing the SRA ID and details of TLW Solicitors Limited

A website for 'ORX Global', misusing the SRA ID and details of TLW Solicitors Limited, and some genuine solicitors at the firm.
What is the scam?
The SRA has been informed that a website is operating at 'https://orxglobal.com', for a firm using the name 'ORX Global Ltd' or 'ORX Global'.
The SRA does not authorise a firm named 'ORX Global Ltd' or 'ORX Global'.
The website misuses the address of a genuine firm of solicitors (see genuine details below). The website also copies and misuses wording from the genuine website of the genuine firm, including the names and biographies of genuine partners at the firm (see genuine solicitor details below).
The website also:
- claims that 'ORZ Global Ltd' is regulated by the "legal Regulation Authority" and provides and misuses the SRA ID number of the genuine firm.
- provides general email address of 'info@orxglobal.com' and various individual email addresses using the domain '@orxglobal.com'
- a general telephone number '+44 2038686596', but other contact numbers seemingly using an Australian dial code (including the numbers +61 744 109929 and +61 240 576007.
Furthermore, the website mentions a team of purported other solicitors and "team leaders". Some of these carry the same name as genuine solicitors, but this is believed to be a coincidence (see below in relation to genuine solicitors).
Any business or transaction through ‘ORX Global Ltd, the website 'https://orxglobal.com', emails ending '@orxglobal.com', or the telephone numbers above, is not undertaken by a firm or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called TLW Solicitors Limited (trading as TLW Solicitors), which has the SRA ID of 823682. The genuine head office address for the firm is Third Floor, CAI Building, Coble Dene, North Shields, NE29 6DE and its genuine telephone number is 0191 293 1500. The genuine firm uses the email domain @tlwsolicitors.co.uk and its website is www.tlwsolicitors.co.uk.
The SRA also authorises and regulates the genuine solicitors called Lorraine Whitney (SRA ID 320567), Peter McKenna (SRA ID: 332866) and Sarah Spruce (SRA ID: 7029013), who are all partners / directors at TLW Solicitors Limited.
The genuine firm of TLW Solicitors Limited (trading as TLW solicitors) and the genuine solicitors Lorraine Whitney, Peter McKenna and Sarah Spruce have confirmed that they do not have any connection to the website referred to in the above alert.
The SRA also authorises and regulates various genuine solicitors who share the same name as other purported individuals mentioned on the website referred to in the above alert, but who are not employed by the genuine firm. None of those genuine solicitors are believed to be genuinely connected with the website referred to in the above alert.
What should I do?
When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from the above firm(s) or individual(s), or information of a similar nature to that described, you should conduct your own due diligence by checking the authenticity of the correspondence by contacting the law firm directly by reliable and established means. You can contact the SRA to find out if individuals or firms are regulated and authorised by the SRA and verify an individual's or firm's practising details. Other verification methods, such as checking public records (e.g. telephone directories and company records) may be required in other circumstances.
